cancel direct tv stream

I was att tv now customer and want to cancel direct tv streaming. It has been impossible to do so. When I log into account it tells me my account is cancelled but that is an old Direct tv account.

Contact support using the chat and discuss with a support rep. No one here has access to accounts.

I use my Android phone...and two different desktop PCs all on different networks.  All came up with the same message when you click the "cancel now" button.  Message is "service cannot be processed at this time...please try again later"  I have tried for two days now.  Called Directv....not much help for streaming.

Right - the cancel button seems to not be working recently. Been reported that you need to go thru the chat option and have a support rep to cancel. Just make sure you verify that the subscription gets cancelled. You should receive a verification email of the cancellation.
