Billing/Invoice monthly statement
Hello, Not only do we not get a Paper copy of our monthly statement, but we don't receive an email copy. We have no way of knowing what we paid monthly until I receive my bank statement. This is not acceptable and I want at least an email invoice if not even better a paper copy. Please notify us as to why we aren't receiving either.

Sorry, you are not happy about not receiving a billing invoice for your Directv Streaming Service. But as you pay in advance for your service your billing amount should not change unless you have decided to upgrade or downgrade your service. We here in the forum cannot change this as we are all customers just like you. You may not receive an invoice but you can always at any time go onto Directv.com and go into your account to check to see what your monthly payment amount will be and then from there you could always print a copy for your records. I hope this help.

Thank you Tiger but that doesn't suffice. I am billed and don't know what it is until my bank statement arrives. I don't have daily access to a computer and I am retired and elderly. Thank you for your advice/information.

My DirecTV Stream bill is the same every month and processes on the same day every month. Why do you need a paper statement?

I keep records bc I'm from the old school and I keep a copy of what I pay each month for my budget. Because I want a email copy or a paper copy. That's why.

They do not offer mailed invoice statements. You can log in to your account and print the statement if you want a hard copy.

DirecTV Stream service does not provide mailed invoices or statements. It's all online. Payments are deducted automatically and should not change from month to month. If you need a paper copy you'll have to log into your account and print it yourself.
