Audio Issues and Interruptions of service

Direct TV stream with Firestick, the audio keeps cutting out frequently, especially when using the DVR. Also, I we get many interruptions stating the network is heavily congested try again later. Very frustrating. I have tried all the fixes that the websites suggested. All my other devices work fine with no issues. It's something with the firestick and TV connection. The router is right next to the TV and internet is strong, as well.  Please help!
