AT&T/Direct TV Satellite & Streaming Customer Service

The customer service for DIRECTV AT&T satellite and streaming is the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. A power outage caused an error message, we were told that we didn’t have the right remote control. Then was informed by the customer service supervisor that we did have the right remote but she couldn’t help. Then discovered that my parents are being charged for two different services, was then sent to the Customer “Loyalty” Team to speak to Dana, she was the worst! She said she had to verify the account I gave her both parents numbers and explained that my father was sitting next to me and was on speakerphone. She called one number and didn’t get the verification that she needed so was not obligated to do anything further. She asked me to please hold and then disconnected the phone call. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO ⭐️ !!!!!!!!!

satellite and streaming are two different services, essentially they are two different companies. If you were being charged by both it's because you signed up for both, and a csr for one can't help you with the other. It's like calling directv satellite and expecting them to sort out your Spectrum cable account. There's no excuse for cutting you off but it sounds to me you were expecting her to fix something she could not fix.
