App keeps forcing me to change my password everytime I log in

Why do I get error code 205.2 everytime I log into my app after only 1 try. I was already forced to change my email address because I was told att.net was not supported anymore which I'm sure wasn't true because what I'm using now is doing the same thing

I have personally talked to your reps and I was told my email address att.net wasn’t acceptable for directtv and  that’s why it keeps making me change my password everytime I log in, we’ll I changed it to a different one and it’s doing the same thing. Clearly when your reps don’t know the answer instead of asking someone they just make up stuff
